6 Cups Chicken Broth
1 Chopped Onion
2 cans Ortega Chilies
1/2 Cup Rice
2 Cups Chicken
4 tsp Cumin
Fresh Lime Juice
In large pan combine: Broth, onion, chilies, rice, chicken and cumin.
Bring to a boil and cook until onions' are soft.
Right before serving add the LIME juice.
In bowls on the table:
Cilantro, chopped tomatoes, avocados, onions, sour cream, shredded cheese and tortilla chips.
