Artichoke Dip

If you don't like Artichokes, leave now. This is perfection. I could have eaten this all night at the baby shower, but I was hosting, so I had to soooome mingling. Thank you Kyndra for bringing this one to the party.

Ingredients.

2 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup grated Romano cheese

2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

salt and pepper to taste

2 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 can artichoke bottoms, drained and chopped

1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Directions

350 degrees

Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.


In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, garlic, basil, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Gently stir in artichoke hearts and spinach.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake in the preheated oven 25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned.
