1 pound chopped chicken cooked
mixed greens chopped
1 red apple
1/2 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup spicy peanuts
1/3 cup chopped red onion
1 cup shredded cheese
2 Tbs cilantro
1 cup tortilla strips
Dressing - 2 Tbs bbq sauce and 1 cup ranch dressing
blue cheese crumbled on the side is a good addition as well.
